Amazon linkThe first review by Nlee (who is knowledgeable on batteries and the "go to" guy on this topic) gives high marks to both both battery and charger. Charges each cell individually. The only thing it lacks is a refresh function, which you can work around by discharging cells in a flashlight once in a while. The batteries are of the low-self-dischage variety, similar to Eneloops. It was selling for a couple of bucks more, now it's at $14.24 and free shipping if you spend over $25 on eligible items. A pretty good deal if you were on the fence about which battery/charger to buy. (You can get also free shipping if you sign up for Amazon Prime but read the fine print on that one.)
