LinkIt appears the key to combining the 100% back offer with the "buy 1, get 1 free" offer on the BIC writing instruments is to make sure during the checkout process the total quantity of an item is either completely paid for or completely free. See notes 5 and 6 below and the attachments for further explanation and examples.
Note 01: While the product pages above might link to a multi-product page, only the specific items listed above qualify for the 100% back in rewards.
Note 02: Member's MaxPerks ID card number must be scanned/entered at the time of purchase; no Bonus Rewards adjustments will be made after purchase.
Note 03: Not sure if the BIC Round Stic Grip Ballpoint Pens are limit 6 total or limit 6 per color but from the terms it appears per color.
Note 04: The "buy 1, get 1 free" offers should work in parallel to the 100% back in rewards offers. The hitch: the "buy 1, get 1 free" is not being applied per product, it is being applied to all B1G1F BIC products in toto with of course the lower priced B1G1F items being the free items.
Note 05: At least according to the email confirmation, there is an issue with how "buy 1, get 1 free" is being applied to item quantities greater than six. Attached is a pdf of an emailed order confirmation for an order of quantity 12 of the markers. The online ordering had it 6 at $8.79 and 6 at $0.00. The emailed order confirmation has it 12 at $4.40 and oddly 6 at $0.00. If the rewards system follows the email confirmation, then the rewards would be paid out 6 at $4.40. See attached NO_split.
Note 06: At least according to the email order confirmation, the work around to the above "buy 1, get 1 free" issue is to make sure there are no split items. Either the total quantity of the item is completely paid for or completely free. See attached YES_paid_or_free.

The terms and conditions of the MaxPerks Rewards for Business program appear to have a $500 purchase requirement before reward payout?The OfficeMax MaxPerks rewards program has two types of rewards: standard and bonus.
The standard reward for business program members is $25 for every $500 in qualified purchases (and for teacher program members, the standard reward is $10 for every $75 in qualified purchases).
