Sam's Club
I don't know how long this deal has been out for, but I didn't see it posted by anyone so I decided to post it. I was looking to buy an LED and saw this about 3 weeks ago for 899.99 and decided to wait to see if prices would drop. So I saw a deal at Fry's which had the LG 42LE5300 for $680, so I decided to go back to the Sam's page to check if the model I was looking at did. Long and behold, their new Infinia line of TV's for $30 less than Fry's 5300 series. So I had to pick one up the next day before chancing the price going back up to $899.99. Seeing that I saw a Samsung UN40C6300 for 849.99 at Sam's and 2 weeks later its back up to 1099.99 and hasn't been down since. Although there is no network connection for this TV, I don't really mind since I have my computer hooked up to it, as this is for my room.

One heck of a killer deal for a mid size LED TV.

Timbuk2 sale - up to 50% off
Timbuk2 is having a sale - there are several excellent buys. While a tad pricey (I know, potentially contrary to FW philosophy), I have found Timbuk2 products to be worth the $ in their durability.
I picked up a Medium Checkpoint rolling luggage bag - $125 on sale ($250 regular price) with free ground shipping. I already own one of these bags - works great as a carry on and holds a deceiving large amount of clothing. I can travel for 5 business days with professional garb, makeup, shoes without any problem; the bag is very easy to handle and fits well in overhead bins.

Fantastic winter comfort food, chewy and nutty---unlike the paste-like rolled oats most of us associate with the word "oatmeal." You can find cheaper steel-cut oats in almost any grocery store nowadays, but purists insist the Irish stuff is best. Plus the empty cans are useful for storing junk.
They take a good 20 minutes or longer to cook correctly (even more if you toast the oats first, like Alton Brown suggests) and it's well worth investing in a double boiler if you don't want to have to stir them every few minutes while cooking. Can be cooked overnight in a rice cooker also, although I find that makes for a much softer oatmeal, with less of the wonderful chewiness you get in stove-top cooking.
