A lot of us love foaming hand/dish soap - its a great convenience to use. It also is a big money spinner for the manufacturers.
The liquid in the foaming soap is nothing but diluted regular soap. The dispenser is a special dispenser that pumps air into the diluted soap to create the foam.
What that means is that instead paying a lot for the foaming soap, once you have a dispenser, you can just create your own foaming soap refill by purchasing regular concentrated soap of the same variety you like and diluting it with water in a 1:6 to 1:8 ratio.
Here are couple of links that explain the process - It is extremely straightforward and easy

Now that you have that background out of the way: here is the deal:

Drugstore sells many varieties of Method triclosan-free foaming hand wash.
Drugstore.com Method Store
They have the following promotions that you can combine for this deal
1) Buy any two and get $2 off
2) Free shipping on orders over $25
3) $5 off on orders over $30 - code bfjuly (expires july 31) or just google Drugstore.com coupon and you'll find other links that will give you the same discount with a expiry Dec 31

To get the exact deal mentioned add the following items to your cart
One count 10 oz foaming hand soap
Two count Gel Hand Wash Refill 34oz (variety #1)
One count Gel hand wash refill 34oz (variety #2)
One count Gel hand wash refill 34oz (variety #3)
Your cart should look like the image to the left
So now you have 34*4 = 136 oz of concentrated soap that can be used to make 136*6/10 = 81 refills (dilute in 1:6 ratio of concentrated soap to water) of the 10oz foaming soap container. In reality it probably requires higher dilution, Ive just been conservative with 1:6, and you'll get a higher number of refills.
The exact items in the deal are representative only, you can add any other varieties etc -
The same process can be followed for foaming dish soap.
And of course this method can be used for any other brand of soap too
The added benefit of this method is that you help save the environment - a lot of less plastic containers that are discarded.

Sidebar - FYI on Triclosan and why you may want to avoid it in personal hygiene products
Most anti bacterial soap (for example all bath and body works branded soap) contains triclosan as the anti-bacterial agent that really doesn't make a difference over ordinary soap but has got serious questions on it side effects. Like BPA, its only a matter of time before it gets banned in soap etc.
The European Union, Canada, Norway, Germany, Denmark, Norway, Sweden, japan are some of the countries that have placed restrictions/bans on triclosan use in consumer products
