Go to "Live.com"
Search for "HP" (note I was signed into my live.com account)
Refresh until you see the 25% live.com CashBack link.
EDIT: the link may also show on the right side of the search results so keep an eye out in that area too.
EDIT: if it doesn''t come up click on "live search CashBack" under HP and you should be signed in.
