The Ridgid model #1278 is a "special buy" at Home Depot. It is essentially the same unit as the model #1250 which cost $79 except it doesn''t come with the car nozzle and wet application attachment. It only comes with the standard utility nozzle attachment. You can buy other attachments separately from a wide selection at the store. I bought the dusting brush and crevice tool package separately for $9.97. I think that package is also a "special buy" as a box of them were sitting next to the shop vacs just inside the door. I couldn''t find the 1278 or the combo attachment package on their website.

The unit has great reviews at the site by the way. There''s also a 10% military discount over the 4th July weekend. Total cost of shop vac + combo attachment package + tax - 10% discount is $39.46 out the door.
