Since quite a few of you were interested in the turbo 330
HP BMW 335 cars, I put together some information on the BMW August lease programs on these cars.
The 3 year lease programs on the sedan are pretty good imo.
As always, I am not advocating leasing over buying or vice versa neither am I advocating this car over any other. We all have our preferences and if leasing this car is for you, I hope you find the following information useful.

Note on Pricing: There is a $1305 option credit (Automatic Transmission) available as an incentive on the RWD 335 sedan and coupe. AFAIK the credit is applicable to manual transmission cars too, but check with your dealer to confirm.
Also there is a $4500 incentive on the diesel 335d sedan
There is a $1840 AWD option credit on 335 All-wheel drive sedans and coupes. I'll post some sample leases soon

(Target) Selling Price $42,750 before incentive
Minus Incentive: $1305
Drive off: First Month Payment + ~$50 doc fee + DMV fee + SalesTax on $1305 incentive
Monthly Payment for 3yr/30K miles: $490 + tax
Monthly Payment for 3yr/36K miles: $502 + tax
Monthly Payment for 3yr/45K miles: $526 + tax
If you put down 7 security deposits, the money factor drops by 7*0.00007 = 0.00049
Total Deposit will be $3500 or $4000 depending on the sales tax rule of your state.

Minus Incentive: $1305 - The incentive on the manual is YMMV. Conflicting reports out there. from my experience in the past BMW has had it on the manual tranny too at times and at times not. Check with a few dealers to get the down low
