I am currently running the older Acronis True Image Home 2009 under Windows 7 64-bit without issue however I have not upgraded to the 2010 version. The reviews on Amazon and Newegg suggest that some do have issues running ATI2010 under Windows 7 64-bit.
The price is certainly great, but some research prior to purchase may be warranted.
