The liquid in the foaming soap is nothing but diluted regular soap. The dispenser is a special dispenser that pumps air into the diluted soap to create the foam.

So now you have 34*4 = 136 oz of concentrated soap that can be used to make 136*6/10 = 81 refills (dilute in 1:6 ratio of concentrated soap to water) of the 10oz foaming soap container. In reality it probably requires higher dilution, Ive just been conservative with 1:6, and you'll get a higher number of refills.
